Stand out from the crowd with a unique jewelry design that is exactly what you wished for. Our expert team will work closely with you to make sure your custom dream becomes reality.
Step 1:
Looking to make your ideas come to life? Collaborate with our expert jeweler, or skilled sales team to discuss your jewelry design ideas. During your consultation, we work closely with you to make sure your vision is understood while also pushing the design further to create something even more than you could have imagined. We can utilize family owned gemstones or provide gemstones as needed By the end of your consultation, a quote will provided for your specific design. .
Step 2:
Once the design is imagined we will create realistic 3D images that will be emailed to you for design approval. We can proceed with the design as-is in the event that it’s exactly as you envisioned; or feedback can be provided if there are any changes you’d like to see made. Upon final approval of your renderings, the CAD is sent offsite to be 3D printed and cast.
Step 3:
Once the casting of your jewelry arrives to the store, we carefully set the stones and hand finish your piece of jewelry. Behind the scenes while this is taking place, we evaluate the gemstones for insurance: color and clarity grading, exact measurements, weight, etc. After final polishing and evaluation, pictures are taken of the final product, both for our records and to show future clients the extensive possibilities of a custom created piece.
Step 4:
The day you have been waiting for has finally arrived. Each custom creation comes with necessary paperwork for insurance as well as instructions to best care for your new custom jewelry. It has been our pleasure to create a piece that you will wear and love. To our team, pick up day is the most exciting; it is where we see tears of joy, gasps, smiles, and even proposals.
