Returns Policy

RETURNS FOR MERCHANDISE OF STORE CREDIT ONLY- NO REFUNDS. Items may be returned or exchanged 30 days from the date of purchase with the original or gift receipt. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition, accompanied by the original box with all warranty cards, inserts, and/or instruction booklets intact. Discontinued, sale, or clearance merchandise, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing), and custom-designed pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for in-store purchases or services only. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Special Orders

All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are not refundable, exchangeable, or cancellable after the order has been placed. A special order includes any jewelry or gemstone that has to be ordered to accommodate the client's request for an alternative style, size, metal or color not available in stock. 

 

Custom Work

Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems, and labor furnished for a specific client. Custom work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work begins, including design time. No drawings, photos, or renderings will be released or emailed to the client without the deposit. Every effort will be made to accurately produce the item(s) as ordered, according to the client's specifications, and with any changes requested throughout the design process. Pricing given prior to final design approval are estimates only, and may increase if the design changes, more time is needed, or diamonds or gemstones are added. Customers will be notified in advance of changes that may affect the final price based on these or any other factors. Custom work and any associated deposit(s) are non-refundable and are not exchangeable or cancellable after final design approval. Full payment upon receipt of the custom item(s) will denote the client's complete satisfaction.

 

Layaway Policy

Articles placed on layaway require a minimum deposit if 15% and maximum term of 6 months, unless otherwise agreed. Payments are required at least every 30 days. Articles will be held for a period of 90 days from the date of this receipt. If no satisfactory arrangement has been made for full payment after 90 days of inactivity, the item(s) will be returned to stock, and all payments forfeited. Layaways may be cancelled within 30 days, or in the event of special circumstances, at our discretion only. Canceled layaways are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original item price, with any remaining balance to be issued in store credit only. 

 

Repair Take In Disclaimers

Customer's jewelry is accepted for repair, sizing, and/or remounting with the understanding that any or all work may be done at the "customer's own risk" due, but not limited to: lightweight mountings, flawed fragile or chipped stones, poor manufacturing, very worn items, poor workmanship by a previous jeweler, or sizing beyond the limits of the ring. The store shall not be held responsible for the following: identification or condition of jewelry or gemstones at the time of receipt; undisclosed altered, treated, or enhanced diamonds or gemstones; unmarked or incorrectly marked pieces; poor original workmanship or manufacturing; and/or previous repair work done by another jeweler. Liability for any damage or loss of items shall be limited to actual cost to repair or replace the item(s). We do not assume responsibility for items left beyond 120 days.

 

Service and Cleaning

We will clean your jewelry (ultrasonic and steam) and check the settings free of charge. We recommend this be done every 6 months. We are not responsible for the loss of diamonds or gemstones due to worn prongs, settings, and/or other manufacturers defects when cleaning jewelry. 

 

Watch Repair Guarantee

Watch overhauls are guaranteed for 12 months. There is no guarantee for moisture, bands, crystals, or minor repairs, including pin replacement and/or adjustments to watches purchased elsewhere. Replacement of watch battery does not guarantee function or water resistance. Battery life is not guaranteed. 

 

Color Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure

Purchasers of color gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. All colored gemstones listed on the sales slip has probably been subject to stable and possibly undetectable enhancement processes. All relevant information regarding treatment and care will be provided to the best of our knowledge. Prevailing market values are based on these universally practiced and accepted processes by the gem and jewelry trade.
